Impactful Inclusive Leadership: Meaningful Educator Support in Fall 2025

May 14 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

- $390

In this session with Angie Freese, author of “Meant for More: Real Talk About Classrooms Built on Dignity, Authenticity, and Connection,”, leaders will reflect on challenges from SY24-25 and plan for SY25-26 with a focus on building strong, inclusive school communities.

True community in schools happens by design, not by chance. That design starts with how we support educators—not just during orientation, but through comprehensive onboarding that includes training, mentorship, peer support, and ongoing feedback. We have a responsibility to create brave, inclusive spaces where teachers feel valued and supported so they can build the same for students.

Join us to explore concrete tools and strategies for aligning short- and long-term planning with your inclusive goals. You’ll leave with both inspiration and actionable next steps, including:

  • Key components of an effective, scalable onboarding program
  • Strategies to address teacher mobility, stress, and burnout
  • A 90-day plan that fosters adult belonging and community
