While many of us champion integrated co-teaching (ICT) as an inclusive model to ensure equity and access for students with disabilities, we recognize the immense amount of work that goes into delivering on that promise. This session will offer leaders an opportunity to action plan around addressing gaps in practice from this school year for a stronger start in the fall. We’ll explore the fundamentals of a strong ICT program, requirements of truly collaborative co-teachers, and priorities and objectives for the school year ahead in building out a strong ICT program.
