Social emotional learning, particularly emotional regulation, can be a challenging skill for many students and require intentional instruction and on-going support. This interactive session will focus on concrete ways to support students with sensory and emotional regulation needs in classrooms. We will focus on strategies at the classroom level, to support ALL learners, and discuss individualized support and instruction for specific students. We’ll explore several examples in action, and have time to collaborate and develop plans for immediate use.
