How we treat one another at work impacts our well-being as well as our career satisfaction and performance. Whether you work in a school with a toxic workplace culture or one that is highly supportive, all schools can benefit from intentionally cultivating psychological safety among staff.
In this three-part series*, school teams will learn strategies to nurture psychologically safe relationships at work and create a more inclusive, supportive environment for all. Through facilitated reflection, school teams will identify challenges at their school and ways to foster belonging and trust to create an environment that prioritizes mental health such that staff and students alike thrive.
In Part 2, we’ll focus largely on ways to gather data that will inform how school teams can best identify and respond to staff needs related to psychological safety and burnout.
