Part 2 of this two-part series* focuses on building collective teacher efficacy and sustaining school-wide support through the R.I.S.E. framework?Relationships, Identity, Success, and Efficacy. Leaders will identify systems that hinder efficiency or alignment and explore actionable strategies to strengthen teacher confidence, align efforts across teams, and ensure all staff are working toward a shared mission.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Apply the R.I.S.E. framework to understand and support teacher needs
- Identify inefficiencies or barriers that undermine collective efficacy
- Implement strategies to build ongoing teacher confidence and alignment
- Strengthen school-wide collaboration and a shared sense of mission
