Section 504: Legal Mandates & Best Practices

This SEAT-FREE session will cover the legal background of Section 504 of the Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973, including the recent updates, and the responsibilities of NYC charter schools. We will discuss best practices for ensuring full compliance with the regs, as well as build out time to explore case studies and resources to support implementation of Section 504 requirements at your school site.
