Overseeing Quality Co-Planning for ICT Pairs

September 29 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

- $350

Two teachers in a room doesn’t automatically mean better outcomes for students with disabilities, but with the right structures and coaching in place, it can produce incredible results: intentional student grouping, specially designed instruction, parity and equity for students and teachers. If they’re not planning for it, it’s not going to happen. This virtual session is designed for leaders who want to set their integrated co-teaching pairs up for success through impactful co-planning. Join us to examine what effective co-planning actually entails and walk away with concrete approaches for structuring, observing, and coaching ICT co-planning in a way that moves the needle.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Describe the key conditions needed to set co-teaching pairs up for success
  • Explore effective co-planning structures and tools
  • Apply strategies for observing and giving feedback to co-teaching pairs at your school

Presenters: Ellie Grose and Angelica Maddox
