There are still many ways to address special populations staff retention for this school year and beyond. n this SEAT-FREE lunch and learn, we’ll explore common reasons behind special education and MLL/ELL educator burnout and attrition and explore corresponding solutions. Participants will walk away with concrete ideas to gather data and improve special populations staff retention in their own communities to inform closing out this school year and planning for next.
