We know generally to toggle between radical candor and empathetic understanding in crucial conversations with peers, but we need to be ready with facts and empathy to employ our best leadership qualities in difficult or sure-to-be tricky situations with staff, students, and/or families. This session aims to frame what may be ‘difficult’ conversations into working conversations that grow action, mission alignment, and staff, student, & community buy-in, both to your vision as leader and towards your vision for your campus community.
Facilitator: Ellie Grose
Note: Collaborative members will use only ONE Trainings/Workshops (TW) seat to attend this two-part series.
