While many schools leverage morning meeting or advisory time to support SEL with their students, there’s so much more practitioners can be doing throughout the rest of the day! In this session we will explore strategies for integrating social emotional learning into instruction in order to teach and reinforce SEL strategies in an authentic setting. Participants will examine different practices and ideas corresponding to the CASEL competencies that enrich both language literacy and emotional literacy.
